Ohm books is a joint venture between Charley Downey and Seggy T Segaran. It grew
out of our desire to help authors turn their manuscripts into books and make these
available as widely as possible.
Charley Downey
A former Royal Air Force Officer, Charley Downey gained a Post-Graduate Diploma in
Leadership before moving into the commercial sector. She has successfully formed
and sold two businesses, and worked as an interim manager and business development
consultant. She worked as the General Manager of York-based electronics manufacturer
Tele-Products Ltd, and its two business divisions; First Stop Safety and Crucible
Technologies, before becoming the Managing Director of BimbleCo Ltd, and a partner
in Ohm Creative Engineering.
Seggy T Segaran
Seggy is Technical Director of Tele-Products Ltd, a company he founded more than
25 years ago. He has designed and launched numerous test instruments, including a
simple to use Portable Appliance Tester which revolutionised the industry when it
was introduced in 2002.
He is Director of SF Innovations Ltd and an author of a number of technical books.
